Sunday, 3rd February 2008: Jonathan Cobb appears on BBC Radio Northampton's Inspirations on 104.2 FM hosted by Mark Dean to talk about this years carnival preparations and a successful launch night at the NWICA.

Thursday, 1st February 2007; Carnival launch night at the picturedrome brought good crowds and great music for a carnival atmosphere. The website was officially launched into the public domain. The launch night photo's, audio and write up can be found in the features page currently on the website. Feel free to email in to let us know your experience of the night.

Sunday, 18th February 2007; Jonathan Cobb makes an appearance on Inspirations FM on BBC Radio Northampton approx 5pm in the show hosted by Mark Dean to talk about the carnival website, promote it and mention about the carnival queen downloads available for people to get and give people a rundown as to what was in store for people on the site.

Thursday, 4th March 2007; The Northampton Carnival makes its first appearance in the Northampton Herald & Post newspaper in the form of an article about the carnival upcoming Royalty show on Saturday, May 26th click on image below to see a bigger view

Sunday, 27th May 2007; Jonathan Cobb makes an appearance on Inspirations FM on BBC Radio Northampton, to tell everyone about the photo's from the event and promote the upcoming carnival weekend itself.

Sunday, 3rd June 2007; Morcea Walker & Jonathan Cobb makes an appearance on Inspiration FM on BBC Radio Northampton, to tell everyone about carnival preparations and the events for next weekend in the park and over the Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Monday, 4th June - Saturday, 9th June 2007; Various trailers are played throughout the entire week on Northants 96 promoting the carnival weekend events and what's happening where and when. Similar trailers are played on BBC Radio Northampton all week.

Thursday, 7th June 2007; Feature appears on the Herald and Post website regarding events that will be happening over the weekend, Huge weekend feature appears in the Chronicle & Echo regarding the carnival with quotes from Jonathan Cobb as to the success of the preparations so far.

Friday, 8th June 2007; Northampton Carnival events and times appear in 'the Guide' section on the Chronicle & Echo newspaper.

Saturday, 9th June 2007; Great support and coverage for the Northampton Carnival received from BBC Radio Northampton, Northampton Chronicle & Echo, Herald & Post, Northants 96, Classic Gold FM, BBC Radio 1 Extra, additional small feature appears on BBC Look East in the evening.

Sunday, 10th June 2007; Jonathan Cobb makes a final appearance on Inspirations FM on BBC Radio Northampton at 5.15pm to tell everyone about the photo's that will be on the website and the success of the carnival weekend whilst thanking everyone for their efforts in putting the event on. An announcement is made to the public about next years theme being mask overlapping identities. Inspiration FM's Mark Dean is interviewed by Alex Jordan on Radio 1 extra about the carnival at 10pm.

Monday, 11th June 2007; Coverage appears in the Chronicle & Echo of various photo's and images from the weekends events featuring quotes from Morcea Walker and Jonathan Cobb. BBC Radio 1 Extra features a small write up on their website from the weekend as does BBC Radio Northampton. Northants 96 showcase a gallery of images from the entire weekend.
